Simple 4 ingredient cookie dough bites with all the flavor and texture you love about raw cookie dough without any added sugar. Vegan, gluten-free, and grain-free, these bites will be your new favorite way to squash any cookie dough cravings.
Who remembers making chocolate chip cookies as a kid? Getting out the old bag of Tollhouse chocolate chips and mixing the few simple ingredients into a large bowl of goodness. If you’re like me, half the dough never even made it onto the baking sheet or into the oven! Cookie dough in its raw state is WHERE IT’S AT! Granted it’s not the best for you with the raw eggs and all, but it sure does taste good.
That thick, creamy texture studded with delicious chocolate chips is like none other. Sweet, salty, delicious.
What if I told you you could have the taste and texture of freshly mixed cookie dough whenever you want without fear of salmonella and made with ingredients you can actually feel GOOD about eating? Would you believe me? Well you should…because it’s now a thing!
I give you…

I only have plain almond butter. Can I add vanilla extract to it? If so, do you know how much?
I would add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp!
