At home workouts can be an absolute LIFE SAVER!
Daily movement is a MUST for me in terms of my sanity and stress management…and I know many of you out there feel the same way.
If I had the choice I would go for an outdoor workout or even a gym workout before choosing an at home sweat sesh, but sometimes there just isn’t a choice. Whether it’s a lack of time, motivation, or what have you…at home workouts can really be great when needed. Over the years I have tried my fair share of home workouts, so I thought I’d share some of my favorites that I’ve created.
