  2. Add the protein powder, peanut butter, date syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend again until fully combined.
  3. Slowly add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve a soft, scoopable texture.
  4. Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips or cacao nibs if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
