1 frozen banana, sliced
3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup plant-milk
1/2 of a No Cow Dipped Chocolate Salted Caramel Protein Bar (save the other half for topping!)
a handful (about 1 cup) of ice
Optional: 2 tbsp sugar-free, vegan chocolate chips
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix (except for the second half of the No Cow Bar). Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pour into a bowl and crumble the remaining half of the No Cow Bar on top! Serve immediately.
