Pecan Parmesan Crusted Dijon Tilapia

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup raw pecans, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Bumble Bee Seafood SuperFresh® Tilapia with Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine honey, Dijon, and spices in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the pecans and cheese in another bowl.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Lay the fish fillets on the baking dish and coat the top of the fillets with the honey-mustard mixture lightly.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan-cheese mixture over the fillets coating them evenly and well.
  7. Bake until the fillets flake easily with a fork (about 15 minutes).
  8. In the last minute of baking put the oven to broil and the rack to the very top rung, broil the fish for 1 minute.
