ripe avocado, mashed with salt and pepper
Whole wheat sourdough or gluten-free bread of choice, toasted

Sriracha
Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Mediterranean Avocado Toast
½
ripe avocado, mashed with salt and pepper
Whole wheat sourdough or gluten-free bread of choice, toasted
2 tbsp
roasted tomato or roasted red pepper spread (usually found around the olive bar in a grocery store or jarred)

tbsp crumbled feta cheese

marinated sun-dried tomatoes, sliced in half

kalamata olives, halved

Instructions
For either toast
:
Toast bread to desired level of crispness. Mash avocado with salt and pepper.
Spread avocado on the toasted piece of bread.
Spicy Goat Cheese:
Sprinkle goat cheese on top of avocado. Drizzle on desired amount of sriracha. Top with a few shakes of everything bagel seasoning. Serve!
Mediterranean:
Spoon roasted red pepper spread onto avocado. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. Place sun-dried tomatoes and olives evenly on top of the toast. Serve!
