Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

4 oz. vegan plain cream cheese (I used Kite Hill)

1 cup plain vegan Greek-style yogurt (I used Kite Hill)

1 cup shredded vegan Mozzarella cheese (I used Parmela Creamery)

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce

1/2 cup vegan blue cheese sauce (Daiya or Follow Your Heart Brand)

1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning

1 package of Sweet Earth Mindful Chick’n, prepared according to package and finely chopped

Tortilla Chip Strips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until well-mixed. Transfer mixture to a small greased baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to slightly brown. Remove and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
