Superfood Greek Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • For Bark Base:
  • 2 5.3 oz Aussie Greek Low Fat Blueberry yogurts
  • 1 6 oz Aussie Greek Whole Milk Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Toppings:
  • Finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Dried cranberries
  • Raw nuts and seeds of choice (I used sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds)
  • Raw buckwheat groats
  • Chopped dark chocolate
  • Mix together yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Evenly spread yogurt mixture on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle desired toppings in desired amounts onto yogurt base. Place bark in to the freezer for 3-4 hours until set and hard. Using a sharp knife, break apart the bark and serve chilled in pieces. Store in the freezer.
