Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Nuzest Chocolate or Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 12 tbsp NuNaturals Pumpkin Spice Stevia Syrup (add 3-4 if you like sweeter baked goods)
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until a thick dough-like batter forms (it will be super thick like play-dough)
  2. Line a small dish or bread loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer batter evenly into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes and allow to cool completely before slicing.
