  • 7 Peanut Chocolate Cherry Santa Barbara Bars, unwrapped, one sliced in half length-wise
  • ½ cup peanut flour/powder
  • heaping ½ cup Delighted By Brownie Batter Dessert Hummus
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • coconut and dried cherries for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray. Place bars next to each other on the bottom of the baking dish (two rows of 3.5 bars). In a bowl combine remaining ingredients until well mixed. Spread the brownie batter mixture on top of the bars. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on wire rack before slicing and serving.
