Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line one rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pie crust and cut out 14 rounds using a 2-inch cutter. Dollop 1-2 tsp of the dessert hummus in the center of half of the rounds. Cover each with a second round, seal with non-dairy milk and crimp the edges with the tines of a fork. Place the pods on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with more non-dairy.
Bake until golden brown all over, about 15-18 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer the pies to a rack to cool until warm or room temperature.
