Chocolate Matcha Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup liquid egg whites

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup vegan vanilla matcha protein

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor and blend until smooth and evenly combined. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before lifting out of the loaf pan, slicing, and serving.
