Ingredients

  • 1 can no salt added dark red kidney beans
  • ¼ cup Frontier Co-Op nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. Form bean mixture into 3 patties and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with toppings of choice!
