  1. Mix the ingredients – In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, vegan protein powder, almond butter, and date syrup. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  2. Adjust the texture – If the dough is too dry, add a teaspoon of almond milk. If too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips – If using, mix in sugar-free chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
  4. Roll into balls – Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to form bite-sized balls.
  5. Chill & enjoy – Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to firm up or enjoy immediately!
