VIRAL Cinnamon Raisin Cottage Cheese Protein Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp date syrup (code healthyhelper saves!)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • to ½ cup raisins
  • Optional: 1 egg for egg wash
  • Optional: cinnamon sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, date syrup, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in raisins.
  5. Divide into 4 to 6 portions, roll into logs, and shape into bagels.
  6. Optional: brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, then slice and toast if desired.
