A savory snack bar made from a blend of oats, flax, spices, and herbs! These hearty bars are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or to satisfy your pizza cravings. They are vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free as well.
The SAVORY SNACK TRAIN rolls on!
I’ve been trying to share some more easy savory snacks with you all lately since I’ve gotten so many requests for them and I think today’s recipe is one of my all time faves.
Vegan Pizza Snack Bars
These snack bars are EPIC. If you’re looking for a change from your usual sweet snack or baked oatmeal bars…you will love these easy to make Vegan Pizza Snack Bars.
- They’ve got the flavor of everyone’s favorite food. PIZZA!
- Are totally vegan.
- Made with whole grains and high in protein. (Thanks to Natreve Wellness Unflavored Vegan Protein!)
Natreve”s Unflavored Vegan Protein works wonderfully in these bars to boost the protein content without changing the pizza flavor.
Why Natreve?
Natreve has 3 different lines of protein to accommodate everyone’s different needs.
Their whey line is made with grass-fed collagen for the highest purity & absorption. It’s also:
- 100% New Zealand Whey Isolate
- Grass-fed, Hormone-free, Non-GMO, Gluten-free
- Organic greens, probiotics
- 28g protein per serving
Their Vegan line is honestly the best vegan protein I’ve ever had…in terms of taste, texture, AND nutrition. Each of their flavors is:
- 100% Vegan
- Multi-sourced plant-based protein complex from sprouted & ancient grains
- Gluten-free, Non-GMO
- Contains organic greens and probiotics
- 25g protein per serving
Their Keto Collagen line is for those looking to improve skin and hair health or are following the keto diet. But really it’s great for any one and everyone given all the good stuff it’s got inside:
- 100% pure grass-fed rBGH hormone-free whey isolate
- Collactive™ pure marine collagen
- MCT 70 Acacia
- 10g protein, 13g fats, 1g sugar, 2g net carbs per serving
As I’ve mentioned before, my favorite thing about Natreve proteins (aside from the taste and texture of course!) is that all of their products contain added greens. So you’re getting a ton of important vitamins and minerals with every serving. No other protein on the market can compare!

These bars will be your new favorite snack and are even perfect for a quick breakfast on a bust morning!

And a perfect place to start flavor-wise, everyone loves pizza <3 I honestly think I've only ever had olives once in my life, so I can't say if I like them or not :/ But in this form with all the chewy oats and savory spices and tomato flavor, I don't think I'd have a problem with them 🙂

Hello,
This recipe looks delicious! My family and I have been doing a lot of camping and I am struggling to find vegan snacks that don’t need refrigeration. Do these bars need to be kept in the fridge? I’m searching for hiking yummies. We recently cut meat out of our diet so I’m having to relearn how to cook. Thanks for sharing your talent of creating healthy, yummy food.

Thanks Helen!!
Hi, I just discovered your list of hidden-veggie recipes and since i am a terrible picky eater, I thought I would try a few. For this recipe, can I leave out the protein and cashews? would it still work?
I don’t think it would unfortunately!
