To make them, stir together the main ingredients and let your bowl of goodness sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir again and top your creamy, thick oats with your favorite toppings.

Vegan Dark Chocolate Overnight Protein Oats

1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tsp dark cacao powder
3/4 cup plant milk
Optional toppings: banana, walnuts, chocolate granola, chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cacao, protein, and milk. Mix until evenly combined and place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to eat, stir and then top with your desired toppings!
