Triple Chunk Candy Cookies

  • 12 Dove milk chocolate bite size chocolates, chopped
  • 1 Snickers bar, chopped
  • 2 Three Musketeer bars, chopped
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 and 3/4 sticks of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat sugar, butter, and peanut butter together until well mixed. Then add in eggs and vanilla and beat until those are mixed in as well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients (including the chopped candy pieces). Using clean hands, incorporate all the ingredients together and mix until candy bar pieces are evenly distributed.
  3. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, place 1-1.5 inch dough balls evenly spaced and press down slightly so they are a little flattened.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack. Repeat baking process until all dough is used up.
