28 oz canned tomato puree (no salt added, if possible)
3⁄4 teaspoon sea salt, fine
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
2 Hass avocados, ripe, peeled, and chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve cold or place sauce mixture in a pot and heat on the stove over medium heat. Once sauce is heated through, serve over your favorite pasta!
