2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Pescience Cinnamon Vegan Protein
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup plant milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8×8 baking square with cooking spray and set aside.
Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor and blend until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread so it’s evenly distributed. Sprinkle with sprinkles!
Bake for 22-25 minutes until top is firm. Remove from oven. Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
