  • Crushed peanuts (for crunch)
  • Optional: fresh blueberries or sliced banana

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, plant-based milk, water, date syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Once the oats are starting to warm but before thickening fully, sprinkle in the Pescience Peanut Butter Delight vegan protein and stir really well. This helps prevent clumping and ensures a smooth, creamy texture.
  3. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter straight into the cooking oatmeal so you get subtle peanut flavor throughout without it dominating.
  4. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until the oats absorb most of the liquid and reach your desired texture (about 6–8 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile, gently heat the Good Good Blueberry Jam in a small microwave-safe bowl or small pan just until it becomes pourable and warm.
  6. Divide oatmeal between bowls. Pour the warm blueberry jam on top, then drizzle with extra peanut butter and sprinkle crushed peanuts over everything.
