Make the Base:
- Add almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and optional sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and free of clumps.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
- Freeze on a flat surface for 12 to 18 hours until fully solid.
Spinning Instructions:
- Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and run the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- If the mixture appears crumbly, create a small hole in the center and add 1 to 2 tablespoons almond milk.
- Run Re-Spin once or twice until smooth and creamy.
How to Create the PB&J Swirl:
- Use a spoon to create a small tunnel through the ice cream.
- Add the sugar-free strawberry jam into the center.
- Run Mix-In mode once to create ribbons of jelly throughout the peanut butter base.
