Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Ninja Creami [dairy-free + sugar-free]

Instructions

Make the Base:

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and optional sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and free of clumps.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  4. Freeze on a flat surface for 12 to 18 hours until fully solid.

Spinning Instructions:

  1. Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and run the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  2. If the mixture appears crumbly, create a small hole in the center and add 1 to 2 tablespoons almond milk.
  3. Run Re-Spin once or twice until smooth and creamy.

How to Create the PB&J Swirl:

  1. Use a spoon to create a small tunnel through the ice cream.
  2. Add the sugar-free strawberry jam into the center.
  3. Run Mix-In mode once to create ribbons of jelly throughout the peanut butter base.
