A low-carb, grain-free Cranberry Orange Bread that has no added sugar and paleo-friendly. A perfect sweet snack or satisfying breakfast.
Everyone is baking banana bread these days.
But I thought I’d be a rebel and bake a different sweet bread.
Cranberry Orange Bread to be exact.
But in true Healthy Helper fashion, I had to do it a little differently. 😉
Grain-free baking has always intrigued me because it takes a little more “experimenting” to figure out the right ratios of ingredients. Luckily, this particular recipe happened to turn out on the first try!

This bread could NOT be easier to make and it’s perfect for a healthy snack or quick breakfast in the morning.
Paleo Orange Cranberry Bread
Paleo Orange Cranberry Bread [grain-free + no added sugar]
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 45 minutes
- Total Time: 55 minutes
- Yield: 1 loaf 1x

1 ripe banana
2 oranges, peeled and deseeded
3 eggs, whisked
1/4 cup natural almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 cup frozen cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place banana and oranges in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Place puree in a bowl and whisk in eggs, vanilla, and almond butter. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in cranberries and stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown and a knife comes out cleanly from the middle. Let fully cool before slicing and serving. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.

This bread is gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, paleo-friendly, and and has NO ADDED SUGAR! The sweetness comes naturally from the fruit puree, but it’s not OVERLY sweet so if you have a big sweet tooth, you might add a bit of maple syrup or coconut sugar to meet your tastes.
The texture is incredible too. Like a fluffy, soft crumb cake. My taste testers liked it warmed in the microwave with a little vegan butter on top. YUM!
