Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
  • ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 scoop True Nutrition Banana Smoothie Soy Protein (code HEALTHYHELPER saves!)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup water, adjust as needed
  • 1 cup ice, optional for a thicker smoothie
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon date syrup for extra sweetness (code HEALTHYHELPER saves!)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness with additional water if needed.
  4. Taste and add date syrup if you want it a little sweeter.
  5. Pour and enjoy immediately.
