I have a fun product review for you all tonight!
My favorite types of food are those with simple, recognizable ingredients. Ones that taste great without nasty additives and extras that take away from their nutrition and “whole-ness”.
Well that’s pretty much what Just Tomatoes stands for ! Have you ever heard of this company?
If you haven’t….you’re missing out ! Their name basically defines the standards that they hold their products to…..just FOOD!

They have three different types of products….all dried, all natural, and all super delicious!
The nice people at the company sent me some samples of each:
You all know how much I luuuurve my fruit! Well I am always looking for fun, new ways to eat it and the Just Tomatoes dried fruits definitely fit the bill!
This bag has SEVEN different dried fruits in it! Now when I say dried fruits, I don’t mean typical dried fruit. These babies are crunchy to the max! And so flavorful. Sometimes these crunchy dried fruits can lose some of their real fruit flavor and all start to taste the same depending on the brand…..but not Just Tomatoes. I could taste each fruit individually and could actually tell what each fruit was based on its amazing flavor!
This mix had such a sweet-tart combo going on and totally tasted like candy, except amazingly healthy and more delicious for that matter. I especially liked the mango (Yes! I liked mango *gasp!*) and the sour cherries!
I also got two snack packs of fruit and veggies!
The veggies are slightly salty with a great crunch to them! I really liked the carrot and pea pieces! Sweet and crunchy….my favorite combo!
I tried the strawberry banana pack on some overnight oats as an addition to my usual toppings. They were perfect. I never knew how much I liked dried banana! These are such a great alternative to banana chips…..no sugar added!
Lastly….the FRUIT POWDER!
This is such an ingenious idea for being so simple! It’s basically just fruit from one of their dried fruit mixes, ground up in to a powder! Simple but SO versatile! I’ve tried it in banana softserve (amaze!), on yogurt, and my next adventure will be baking with it! What I love about it is that it adds flavor and sweetness with out added sugars. And the strawberry flavor is out of this world! I really want to try their other flavors in this product……blueberry? POMEGRANATE!? Yes please! I am so excited to make some strawberry carob muffins with the powder…..I love sugar free baking and this stuff is perfect for that!
