12 medjool dates, (about 153 grams) chopped
1/2 cup peanut powder (~35 grams)
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (~70 grams)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until no big chunks of nuts or dates are left. Place mixture into a large bowl and roll into balls (about 1 inch in size) until the entire bowl is used up. Store in the fridge.
