Snacks are a BIG part of my everyday life. Even though I work from home, I feel like I am ALWAYS on the go. So packing snacks to take with me when I’m out is crucial to staying energized and productive!
Sure, some people can rely on energy drinks or coffee (don’t get me wrong, I love a good cuppa joe!) to stay on their game, but I find that actual FOOD works much better for me when I need a boost in my day. Plus, snacking is just more FUN! Don’t you agree?

With back to school season underway, lots of people entering their ‘busy season’ at work, and an overall desire to FALL back into good lifestyle habits, I thought it would be the perfect time share some of my favorite snack ideas for on the go eating.
Smoothie bowls and mug cakes are great…but when you’re out and about, dealing with chaos at work, or managing 3 kids and a grocery cart a the store, you need some quick, portable, and easy to eat! Something that actually TASTES good would be ideal too, don’t you think? 😉
Well, no worries there! All these on the go snacks I am sharing today are WHOLE FAMILY approved. Kids AND adults will love these options for when they’re tummy starts to rumble or they get the urge to munch!
As I mentioned earlier…some of you are extra busy! So, maybe you don’t have the time or energy to MAKE your own snacks! I’ve got a solution for that too! I’ve been loving NABSICO Multipacks (12-pack) for a break from my regular eats and to snack on the go. These NABSICO Multipacks feature the perfect variety of sweet snacks – Oreo minis (UMMM HELLO HEAVEN!), Nutter Butter bites (peanut butter goodness!), and mini Chips Ahoy (a CLASSIC!). These snacks make me feel like a kid again! My mom used to pack me a lunch for most of my school-aged years and it was always fun to have a little treat in my lunchbox like these. Not knowing which one I’d get each day was also pretty fun too! Who doesn’t love a surprise at lunch or snack time? It’s a good way to mix things up and not get stuck in a rigid eating routine, ya know?
