  1. Preheat Your Waffle Maker: Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Grease it lightly with non-stick spray or a touch of coconut oil.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the coconut flour, Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Blend Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth, slightly thick batter forms. If it feels too thick, add a bit more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time.
  5. Cook the Waffles: Pour an appropriate amount of batter into the preheated waffle maker, close the lid, and cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions until they are cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
