Mom’s Homemade Guac with Hidden Veggies

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped


  1. Place avocados, lime juice, peas, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place avocado mixture in a large mixing bowl and stir in red onion & cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
