Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the almond butter, applesauce, and vanilla extract, then stir until fully combined.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your baking dish and press it down evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
