Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, mix oat flour, Orange Cream Soy Protein Powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the applesauce, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), orange zest, and orange juice.
  4. Combine everything: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve: Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Enjoy: Slice and enjoy your Chocolate Orange Protein Loaf as a healthy treat or share it with friends!
