Greek Spiced Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb Member’s Mark Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp coriander, dried
  • 1/2 tsp dill, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Form turkey mixture into 6 equal sized patties. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake burgers at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
