This decadent, soft-baked Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie is vegan, grain-free, and no added sugar. Totally delicious and guilt-free!
To me, baking a skillet cookie is the adult version of tearing into a bag of Tollhouse cookie dough and wolfing down a few freshly baked, warm chocolate chip cookies straight from the pan.
Skillet cookies are sophisticated. They’re decadent. They’re totally irresistible.
And you know what really makes skillet cookies different from regular cookies? They’re intended to be served HOT and melty right from the skillet.
Did I mention that a skillet cookie is essentially a GIANT cookie?! Share or don’t…that’s your choice. 😉
