2 cups fine almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup cultured oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts + more for sprinkling on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a bread pan with parchment paper. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
In a food processor, combine bananas, eggs, and oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined. Fold in walnuts and stir until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into the prepared bread pan and sprinkle with extra walnuts on top if desired. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove loaf pan from oven and let cool completely in the pan before lifting out the bread and slicing it to serve. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
