This Grain-Free Banana Nut Bread is a healthy, paleo-friendly take on classic banana bread with no added sugar or seed oils! Its rich, moist texture will make this your new go-to banana bread recipe.
Banana bread has pretty much been perfected. It’s the quintessential baking recipe when you have a bunch of overripe bananas sitting on the countertop. Everyone has made it at least once in their life, and it’s pretty widely loved by the masses…well, maybe not amongst people who don’t like bananas! 😉
So when it comes to thinking up a twist on classic banana bread, it takes quite a bit of creativity to keep things simple (like traditional banana bread!) and delicious while also making it a bit healthier (something I try to do with my recipes).
When I tell you that the Banana Bread (specifically Banana NUT Bread!) recipe I am sharing with you today is one of the best banana bread recipes I’ve ever had or made myself, I am not exaggerating.

How to Make Grain-Free Banana Nut Bread
This Banana Nut Bread recipe couldn’t be easier to make. Simply blend together the eggs, oil, and bananas in a food processor, whisk together the dry ingredients, then fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Once a smooth, creamy texture is achieved, fold in your walnuts and spread the batter into your loaf pan. Sprinkle with more chopped walnuts if desired (the nuttier, the better for me!) and bake for 45 minutes.
The result is rich, moist, PERFECTLY textured Banana Nut Bread!

This recipe looks great, super simple and easy to follow. I don’t have almond flour at the moment. Do you think I could I substitute oat flour?
No. This recipe will not work with oat flour.
