  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease it with non-stick spray or a bit of coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, peanut butter, melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour, Perfect Keto Peanut Butter Collagen, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick, smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
