Chunky Monkey Donuts

  • 1 scoop (28 grams) chocolate whey protein
  • 2 tbsp peanut flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, roughly mash your banana. Add in your egg whites, almond milk and vanilla extract and whisk together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and fold together until evenly incorporated.
  5. Spoon into your donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
