Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Use a Different Protein Powder?

Yes! Different protein powders will produce slightly different textures, but Equip Foods Prime Protein creates an especially light, fluffy marshmallow consistency. Vegan protein will not work!!

Can I Use Any Cereal?

Absolutely! Apple cinnamon, chocolate, peanut butter, and fruity cereals all work well. Simply use about 3 cups for the perfect marshmallow-to-cereal ratio.

Do These Marshmallow Protein Bars Need to Stay Refrigerated?

Yes. Since they’re made with gelatin, they should be stored in the refrigerator to maintain their texture and shape.

These 3-Ingredient Marshmallow Protein Bars prove that healthy snacks don’t have to be boring. They’re fluffy, satisfying, packed with protein, and incredibly easy to customize. Whether you make the Apple Cinnamon Peanut Butter version or the Cookies and Cream Chocolate version, you’ll have a healthier homemade treat that’s perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacking, or satisfying your sweet tooth any day of the week.
