1 bag of grain-free, sugar-free brownie mix
1/2 cup unflavored egg white protein
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg protein and brownie mix. Stir in applesauce until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread until evenly distributed.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing into 18 brownies.
