1 bag of grain-free, sugar-free brownie mix
1/2 cup unflavored egg white protein
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg protein and brownie mix. Stir in applesauce until well combined. Scoop batter into 14 equally sized circles on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cookie tops are slightly firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet as they will continue to cook and firm up.
