A roundup of healthy vegan versions of your favorite foods for picnic season! All the classic picnic staples made healthy and animal product free.
It’s here, friends! Spring has FINALLY arrived in Buffalo! And what I mean by that is we got our first 60+ degree day this week. We haven’t had a day like that since early October of LAST year. 7 months of winter? No thanks, bro.
Anyways, warm weather makes me want to be outside ALL the time. After half a year of hibernation, I just crave sunlight and nice weather. I take my work outside, try to stay active outdoors, and even eat my meals on the patio. I love partaking in a good ol’ fashioned picnic now and again too. There’s nothing better than packing up a bag (or perhaps a basket? 😉 ), laying down a blanket at a near by park, and enjoying a meal with friends & family.
Today we’re celebrating picnic season with a roundup of delicious, healthy picnic-inspired food that is all vegan! No dairy, no meat, or any animal products in sight. 🙂
