2 Ingredient Pumpkin Bread Bites.
A seasonally delicious take on my 2 Ingredient Banana Bread Bites! Just as simple, just as delicious, but perfect for fall and pumpkin season.

2 Ingredient Pumpkin Bread Bites
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Total Time: 10 mins
- Yield: 10 bites 1x
- Category: Sweet Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 cup Simple Mills Pumpkin Bread Mix
- 1 cup almond butter (the more runny the better)
- Optional mix-ins: chopped walnuts or almonds, mini chocolate chips, finely shredded coconut, chopped dried banana pieces
Instructions
- Mix both ingredients in a bowl until a soft, sticky dough forms. Roll dough mixture into 10 even balls and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm them up. Store in the refrigerator.
Vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, and paleo friendly! These bites are great for taking on the go and giving you a burst of energy between meals. Healthy fats, protein, and complex carbs…they’re all there to keep you satisfied and keep your sweet tooth at bay!
