Ever since I shared my recipe for Vegan Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake last week, I’ve had coffee cake on the brain. The fact that a bunch of you have been making it and sending my pictures isn’t helping! HA! In fact, it’s only reinforcing the fact that I need to make another one of my coffee cakes ASAP. And what better day to do it than National Coffee Cake Day!?

Okay, back to business. That’s right, friends…there is a WHOLE DAY dedicated to my latest obsession. If I weren’t so into food holidays, I never would have known about this amazing day. Now that I think about it, I really couldn’t have shared my coffee cake recipe at a better time! I not only have a perfect excuse to celebrate National Coffee Cake Day, but also the perfect recipe to do so! Lucky for you, today I am sharing TWELVE amazing, creative coffee cake recipes that you can choose from to celebrate this fun food holiday with.

They all look good ! I made and sold a lot of coffe cake at my coffee shop over the years in many different forms! My favorite is cream cheese coffee cake. Good luck with the voting.
