A round-up of my MUST HAVE kitchen gadgets, appliances, and tools that I use on a daily basis to cook healthy meals. My kitchen ESSENTIALS that allow me to prepare fresh, nutritious food daily…easily and efficiently.
About a half a year ago, I finally bit the bullet and signed up for Amazon Prime. I took the time to add up how much I was buying from Amazon each month (or really week!) and the benefits of having a Prime membership far outweighed the cost of the yearly fee. Plus, I get Prime movies, music, and TV shows, discounts at Whole Foods, and of course the FREE 2-day shipping. I buy so much stuff from Amazon these days…probably too much…but you can’t beat the convenience of having necessities and/or bigger purchases shipped right to your door.
But this post isn’t about Amazon Prime (or how great it is ?….not sponsored I swear, but wouldn’t that be nice). It’s about my favorite, most used, MUST HAVE kitchen products….and all of them happen to be available in one place for you to check out on Amazon.
If you’re a foodie like me and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, then I’m sure a few specific kitchen gadgets and appliances have risen to the top of your “most used” list over the years. There are just certain products that we use OVER and OVER again in our daily routines. The few items we couldn’t live without if they were gone from our shelves and countertops.?
Today, I’m sharing MY top picks and I think you’ll find that a lot of these would be pretty useful in your own kitchen as well if they’re not already there!
My Most Used MUST HAVE Kitchen Products
Ballarini 7 Piece Aluminum Cookware Set
The BEST non-stick cookware I’ve ever used. NOTHING sticks even when cooking without oil or cooking spray.
Professional grade blender. Super high-powered and produces the creamiest, smoothest soups and smoothies! A little pricey but well worth the cost for how long it lasts and how well it performs.
Perfect for tossing big salads together, picking things off of hot baking trays, or moving food that you don’t want to touch with your hands.
Cuisinart 12 Cup Food Processor
A must have for mixing, chopping, grinding nuts into nut butters, blending ingredients for baked goods, pureeing dates, and of course…making my signature Protein Ice Cream!
GoWise Air Fryer 3.7 Quart with 8 Programmable Settings
My favorite way to prepare food! Air fryer > oven. It produces the most crispy veggies, meats, homemade fries & chips, and so much more without any added oils or fats.
You can even make baked goods in it…like these bagels.
InstantPot 6 in 1 Multi-Use Programmable Pressure Cooker
Essentially 6 appliances in one: Pressure Cooker, Rice Cooker, Sauté, Steamer, Cake Maker and Warmer.
Here are a few of my fave InstantPot recipes…
Instant Pot ChickPEA Noodle Soup
Instant Pot Creamy Vegan Beef & Shells
Easy Instant Pot Split Pea Soup
Sweet n’ Spicy Instant Pot Chicken Chili
KitchenAid Gourmet Blender Spatula
The ONLY kitchen spatula/scraper you’ll ever need for getting all of your smoothie/batter/soup out of blenders or bowls. The perfect length and shape.
Ozeri Digital Kitchen and Food Scale
So necessary for accurate baking and recipe development.
ALink Colored Stainless Steel Straws
Good for the environment and fun to drink with! Also makes drinking water/fluids easier so you stay hydrated.
Gourmet Home 6 Piece Mixing Bowl Set
A mixing bowl for every recipe/occasion!

My husband and I have been married for almost 18 years and we have always used cheap blenders. I got so sick of buying blenders that I finally invested in a Vitamix last month, best decision ever!!!
Isn’t it amazing?! I love my VitaMix so much…great investment!!
I love a good list! And this one is great! I think I’m going to have to buy the Blender Spatula. Looks fun! And yes, VitaMix blenders are the best, we use our’s every morning after our workouts for a yummy mango smoothie. 🙂

Oooh a mango smoothie sounds lovely! I’ll have to try that in my VitaMix!! 🙂
Let’s see… I like and use frequently my stick blender (I juice with this as well since it leaves fiber in the drink), crock pot, rice maker (hint, it does a LOT more than rice, makes perfect quinoa for one), sous vide unit, two manual food scales (differing ranges), meat thermometer, my collection of Asian chopsticks and utensils (Korean and Chinese). I just bought a KitchenAid stand mixer with several attachments for shredding, julienning, and sausage making – hasn’t seen much use yet because I’m getting my feet wet on it.
Ahhhh yes! I used to have an immersion blender for soups before I had a food processor and it worked great! Definitely a great tool to have. 🙂
We love our gowise air fryer (though we bought the larger size since we have a big family).
I almost wish I had a big one too! LOL I could do tons of meal prep in it. 🙂
I am totally with you about the blender. I have the blendtec instead of the vitamix, but I couldn’t live without my high speed blender.
I’ve heard great things about Blendtecs too! They are so useful!! 🙂
